Private pay only but I can provide a super bill monthly which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I am happy to work with you to provide a sliding scale if there is financial need to keep therapy affordable. 

Rates:

• Individual Sessions: $200
• Process groups: Registration opening soon for January ’26 
• Sliding scale: apply if you may be eligible

I am available in-person at an accessible and beautiful location in downtown San Jose with lots of parking, as well as remote sessions online via a secure Zoom room. If you reside outside the state of California and are interested in working with me, I can offer services online as a coach.
